BWDB Store Text Message Terms of Service

BWDB Store ("BWDB," "we," "us," or "our") offers a text message program (the "Program"). By signing up, you agree to these Text Message Terms of Service (the "Terms"). Please read them carefully.
1. What you are signing up for
When you opt in, you agree to receive recurring marketing and informational text messages from BWDB Store at the mobile number you provided. Messages may include product drops, waitlist and early access announcements, promotions, cart reminders, and order updates. Messages may be sent using an automatic telephone dialing system or other automated technology.
2. Consent is not a condition of purchase
You do not have to join the Program to buy anything from BWDB Store. Your consent to receive marketing texts is optional.
3. How to opt in
You can join by entering your mobile number in a sign up form on our website, checking the text message box at checkout, or texting a keyword we advertise. We may send a message asking you to confirm your enrollment.
4. Message frequency
Message frequency varies. You will receive recurring messages, and the number may change based on new releases, promotions, and your activity with us.
5. Cost
Message and data rates may apply. We do not charge for the Program, but your mobile carrier may charge you for each message you send or receive depending on your plan. You are responsible for those charges.
6. How to opt out
Reply STOP to any message at any time to cancel. You may also reply END, CANCEL, UNSUBSCRIBE, or QUIT. We will send one final message confirming that you have been unsubscribed, and you will receive no further texts unless you opt in again. Opting out of text messages does not unsubscribe you from our emails.

8. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and a resident of the United States to join. By opting in, you confirm that you are the account holder for the mobile number you provided or that you have the account holder's permission to enroll it.
9. Changing your number
If you change or give up your mobile number, reply STOP from the old number before you do, or email us at bwdbstore@gmail.com so we can remove it. This keeps our messages from reaching someone who did not sign up.
10. Supported carriers and delivery
The Program works with most major US carriers. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery depends on your carrier and your device, and we are not responsible for messages that arrive late or do not arrive.
11. Privacy
We use your mobile number and related information to run the Program and to send the messages you asked for. We do not sell, rent, or share your mobile number or your text message consent with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing purposes. We share this information only with the service providers that help us deliver messages. For more detail, see our Privacy Policy.
12. Changes to the Program or these Terms
We may change or end the Program at any time. We may also update these Terms, and the date at the top of this page shows the latest version. Your continued enrollment after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
13. Disclaimer and limits on liability
The Program is provided "as is." To the fullest extent the law allows, BWDB Store is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your participation in the Program.
14. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law rules.

Text Message Privacy Policy
This section explains how BWDB Store handles the information connected to our text message program. It applies together with our store Privacy Policy.
Information we collect
When you join the Program, we collect your mobile phone number, the date, time, and method of your opt in, your opt out requests, and the messages you send to us. We also receive delivery and engagement information, such as whether a message was delivered and whether a link in it was clicked. If you have shopped or signed up with us, we may connect your number to your name, email address, and order history.
How we use it
We use this information to send the text messages you asked for, to respond when you reply, to honor opt out requests, to keep records of consent, to understand how our messages perform, and to comply with the law.
No sharing for marketing
We do not sell, rent, or share your mobile phone number, your text message opt in data, or your consent with any third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties.
Who we share it with
We share your information only with the service providers that help us run the Program, such as our text messaging platform, our ecommerce platform, and mobile carriers, and only so they can deliver messages on our behalf. We may also disclose information when the law requires it or to protect our rights and the safety of others.
How long we keep it
We keep your mobile number and consent records for as long as you are enrolled in the Program and afterward for as long as needed to honor your opt out and to meet legal and recordkeeping requirements.
Your choices
You can leave the Program at any time by replying STOP to any message. You may also ask us to access, correct, or delete the information we hold about you by emailing bwdbstore@gmail.com. California residents and residents of other states with privacy laws may have additional rights, which are described in our store Privacy Policy.
Security
We use reasonable safeguards to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Children
The Program is intended for people who are 18 or older. We do not knowingly collect mobile numbers from anyone under 18.
